Who can participate in this promotion?

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who have purchased their qualifying Kärcher pressure washer from Argos. This excludes employees of Kärcher and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

When can I enter the promotion?

You must have purchased a qualifying Kärcher product between 16.03.26 to 10.05.26.

After your purchase, you can enter the promotion anytime between 16.03.26 to 09.06.2026, but entry must be within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?

Yes, you must purchase a qualifying Kärcher product from Argos to participate.

What products qualify for the promotion?

Qualifying products include Kärcher pressure washers from the K 3 Series, K 4 Series, K 5 Series, and K 7 Series, sold exclusively by Argos (online or in-store). The full list of qualifying Kärcher products can be found in the full Terms & Conditions.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, purchase a qualifying Kärcher product and visit www.winwithkarcher.com and complete the registration form whilst also submitting your valid receipt, invoice, delivery or collection confirmation on the promotional website.

Can I enter more than once?

No, only one entry per person is allowed. A ‘person’ is defined/validated by a unique email address and mobile phone number. Multiple entries from the same order are not permitted. Each qualifying order may only be used once to enter.

How long do I have to enter after making a purchase?

You must submit your entry within 30 days of purchasing a qualifying product.

Will my receipt be verified?

Yes, your receipt, invoice, delivery or collection confirmation will be validated within 7 days of entry. If successful, you'll receive a unique link to play the Wash & Win game and discover your prize.

What proof of purchase can I submit?

Please submit proof of purchase that is a receipt, invoice, or shows collection or delivery confirmation. You may find these in your emails, or via your Argos account. Please note that Order Confirmed emails alone are not accepted as proof of purchase. Please contact us or call us on 02393 871 002 if you have any questions.

Which retailers are participating in the promotion?

This is an Argos exclusive promotion. All Argos stores and www.argos.co.uk are participating.

What are the prizes available in this promotion?

Every validated entry will win a prize. If your entry has been successfully validated, you will play the ‘Wash & Win’ game to reveal your prize. Prizes include:

  • £20 Argos E-Gift Voucher

What is the validity period for the £20 e-gift vouchers?

The Argos e-gift voucher will be valid for 6 months from date of issue (i.e. once claimed). Once you have activated the voucher link, you must redeem it within 1 hour. We advise that you do not activate the voucher link until you are about to make a purchase. The Argos e-gift voucher can be used for any purchase made on argos.co.uk.

How are the winners selected?

The prizes are awarded through an independent algorithm that identifies "winning moments." The first valid entry after each moment wins.

What happens if my entry is rejected?

If your entry is rejected, you will receive a text message explaining the reason. If it's due to an issue with your receipt, invoice, delivery or collection confirmation, you may be asked to upload it again, in line with the Terms & Conditions.

Why would my entry be disqualified?

Your entry may be disqualified if you upload an image that is not a receipt, invoice, delivery or collection confirmation, if your purchase does not include a qualifying product, or if your receipt, invoice, delivery or collection confirmation shows a purchase made outside the promotional dates.

How do I claim my prize?

If you're a winner, you'll receive a text message with a link to claim your prize, which will expire in 14 days. For physical prizes, you'll need to provide your postal address.

Can I exchange my prize for cash or another prize?

No, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

What happens if I don’t accept my prize within the required time?

If you don’t claim your prize within 14 days, it will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

How long will it take to receive my prize?

Physical prizes will be dispatched within 35 days of the purchase date, and you should allow 28 days for delivery. Gift vouchers will be sent after successful claim validation and within 35 days of the purchase date.

Can I return my Kärcher product and still claim my prize?

No, if you return the product within the validation period, your entry will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.

What if I don’t receive my prize?

If you don’t receive your prize, it could be due to incorrect contact details. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided.

What happens if I’m unable to be contacted after I win?

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners. If you are unreachable, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit your prize.

Will my personal information be shared?

By entering, you agree that your personal details will be processed in accordance with the Kärcher Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information may be shared with agents for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Can I request my personal data to be deleted?

Yes, but the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such a request means it is unable to complete the prize delivery or assist after the deletion of the phone number.
